Please note the following amendments in the Judgment handed down on 29 September 2015:

1.  On page 2, paragraph 4 should be replaced to read as “In December 2013, HKTV acquired China Mobile HK from China Mobile Hong Kong Company Limited (“CMHK”). HKTV then changed China Mobile HK’s name to Hong Kong Mobile Television Network Limited (“HKMTV”, the 1^st applicant) to be the licence holder of the UCL. ”

2.  On page 9, the last sentence of paragraph 29 should read “It later changed China Mobile HK’s name to HKMTV to hold the UCL to provide a broadcast-type mobile television service with the channel 47 spectrum.”

3.  On page 49, the 2^nd line of paragraph 123, “… of China Mobile HK filed on... ” should read “… of CMHK filed on…”

4.  On page 49, the 1^st sentence of paragraph 124(1), “The understanding of China Mobile HK…” should read “The understanding of CMHK and China Mobile HK…”
