Please take notice that the following amendment has been made to the judgment handed down by Mr Justice Yeung, Vice-President of the Court of Appeal, Mr Justice Jeremy Poon, Judge of the Court of First Instance and Mr Justice Derek Pang, Judge of the Court of First Instance on 10 March 2015 in this case:

“Page 27——‘Mr Robert Pang, SC, instructed by Messrs Leung Nga Tai & Co, assigned by the Legal Aid Department, for the Appellant’ should read ‘Mr Robert Pang, SC, instructed by Messrs Yaddy Cheung & Co, assigned by the Legal Aid Department, for the Appellant’.”
