This is a personal injuries claim by the plaintiff (“Madam Cheung”) against the defendant (“IDT”), in relation to an accident (“the Accident”) happened at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Wanchai (“the Exhibition Centre”) during the Hong Kong Electronics Fair 2010.
