The following corrections had been made to the Reasons for Judgment dated 24 November 2015:-

Paragraph 7.9 at page 36 should read as “Chu JA referred to this judgment in Re LehmanBrown Ltd [2011] 5 HKLRD 668 at paragraph 14.  Reference is also made to Re Legend International Resorts Ltd (unrep., HCCW 1139/2004, [2011] HKEC 221) where the liquidators applied for security for the costs of the application to remove them.  In the context of deciding whether the application to remove liquidators is ‘proceedings’ within the meaning of Order 23, rule 1 of the Rules of the High Court,Deputy Judge Louis Chan considered…”
