2.Having considered the respondent’s bill of costs dated 2  November 2015 and the applicant’s statement in opposition dated 11  November 2015, we take a global approach and access the respondent’s costs at HK$50,000.00. We further order the applicant to pay the respondent the costs as assessed forthwith.
