Please note the following correction in the Decision handed down on 22 January 2016:-

(1)Page 7, paragraph 19, 1st sentence, “Mr Lam argued that there is no falsity contained in the OS because the applicant did not assert to be the Plaintiff.” should read “Mr Lam argued that there is no falsity contained in the OS because the applicant did not assert to be “the Plaintiff”.”
