A footnote be inserted at the end of paragraph 26 of the Decision which shall read: "It is however noted that the Law Society now confirms (at the court's request) that the new IC selected in July 2015 in respect of the investigation afresh into matters identified by the applicant in the Complaint in fact comprises of three Non-Council members. See: 2nd Affidavit of Yim Wai Man Vivian sworn on 28 October 2015 (sworn and filed after the hearing) at paragraph 11."
