Please note the following corrigendum in the Judgment dated 15 April 2016:

1.Paragraph 5, on the 7^th and 12^th lines, the date “8 July 2012” should read “6 July 2012”.

2.Paragraphs 18, 25, 26, 35, 59 and 60, the references to “Messrs Yip & Lau’s letter” and “Messrs Yip & Lau” should be to “Messrs Yip & Liu’s letter” and “Messrs Yip & Liu” respectively.

3.Paragraph 48(1), 1^st line, the reference to “Wong King Man” should be to “Wong Kin Man”.

4.Paragraph 67, 3^rd line, the date “2 July 2012” should read “6 July 2012”.
