2. 被告在社交網上認識男事主，其後相約外出出售其iPhone予被告，但被告卻沒錢支付，更帶事主到傷殘廁所讓他撫摸身軀，事主仍拒絕拿出手機，被告於是拿走事主眼鏡，事主跟隨被告至商場旁邊，卻被被告及另一出現的男子毆打致失去知覺，醒來時已發覺其斜孭袋及袋內的iPhone已不翼而飛。
