(1)  Line M – N at paragraph 7 should read:

“Dato Ng has all together three children. They were all made members of the Committee together with the wife of Dato Ng.”

(2)  Line B – C at paragraph 18(1) should read:

“Its members are the wife and three children of Dato Ng who have thus close relationship with the plaintiff.”

Page 21

(3)  Line A at paragraph 31 should read:

“Furthermore, all four members of the Committee are the wife and three natural issues of Dato Ng.”
