Please note the following corrigendum in the Judgment dated 31 May 2016:

1.Paragraph 5, line G, “Defendant’s Summons” should read as “Plaintiff’s Summons”.

2.Paragraph 89 sub-paragraph (1) should read as “Pre-judgment interest on the Judgment Sum at 6% per annum from 17 March 2008 to 25 April 2013.”

3.Paragraph 89 sub-paragraph (2) should read as “Post-judgment interest at judgment rate from 16 March 2016 until full payment.”
