Please note the following corrigendum in the Judgment dated 29 July 2016:

1.   In the 2^nd sentence of paragraph 6 on page 3, “Messrs. Howse Williams Bowers” should be inserted immediately after the phrase “an affidavit of Miss Greene, an assistant solicitor in the employ of the plaintiffs’ former solicitors”.

2.   In the 1^st line of paragraph 8 on page 4, “Thereafter, on 14 November 2011, the defendant...” should read "Thereafter, on 14 December 2011, the defendant...”.

3.   In the 10^th line of paragraph 9 on page 4, "The defendant unsuccessfully..." should read "The defendant successfully...".
