The following corrections had been made to the Page 1 of the Reasons for Decision dated 3 November 2016:-

1. The heading “DECISION” should read as “REASONS FOR DECISION”;

2. “Date of Decision : 3 November 2016” should read as “Date of Decision : 28 October 2016”; and

3. “Date of Handing Down Reason for Decision: 3 November 2016" is added as a new line after the date of Decision.
