1. In DCCJ 398 of 2014, the plaintiff entered into two deeds of indemnity with the 1 st and 2 nd defendants guaranteeing a loan advanced by Lau Shek Sun（劉石新）(“the Lender”) to the 1 st defendant. The 2 nd defendant and the plaintiff were the guarantors of the same loan in the principal loan agreement.
