The following corrections have been made to the Judgment dated 8 December 2016:

1. Page 39, paragraph 119(a), line 3: “…until judgment, and thereafter at judgment rate until payment.” should read as “…until judgment save for the period from 24 November 2010 to 25 October 2011, and thereafter at judgment rate until payment.”.

2. Page 39, paragraph 119(b), line 3: “…until judgment, and thereafter at judgment rate until payment.” should read as “…until judgment save for the period from 24 November 2010 to 25 October 2011, and thereafter at judgment rate until payment.”.
