1. 2016年5月20日，梁女士向法庭申請許可，擬進行司法覆核，建議答辯人為“刑事檢察專員(律政司)”。梁女士除了存檔誓詞及文件外，亦有在高等法院原訟法庭法官潘敏琦席前，作出口頭陳詞。8月31日，潘法官拒絕申請，理由在同日頒發。
