Please note the following correction in the Judgment of the above case given by Deputy High Court Judge Bebe Chu on 26 March 20130 : -
Page 212, paragraph 643, lines 1 to 5 should read –
"Having considered all the circumstances of the case, I am of the view that this is a case where there are surplus assets/financial resources after meeting the spouses' needs, and having regard to the source of assets, I am of the view that a fair and equitable capital sum for the wife should be $120,000,000.”
