Man’s Brothers Construction Company Limited (“ the Company ”) is the common defendant in two separate proceedings in the Labour Tribunal under LBTC 1802 of 2015 and LBTC 2018 of 2015 instituted by a number of painting workers for their alleged outstanding wages.
