This is the appeal by the plaintiff (“plaintiff’s Appeal”) against the order made by Master Rita So dated 13 December 2016, in which she ordered that the summons taken out by the plaintiff dated 2 August 2016 to amend his statement of claim (“plaintiff’s Summons”) be dismissed, with no order as to costs; and the plaintiff’s action (“Action”) be dismissed, with no order as to costs.
