Please note that the following corrections in the Decision handed down by Deputy High Court Judge Kent Yee on 30 May 2016:

1.Page 3, paragraph 6 and line J, “and” should be deleted.

2.Page 4, paragraph 10 and line G, “GP” should read as “the Vessel”.

3.Page 4, paragraph 12 and line P, “on board the Vessel CHS Inc. for freight…” should read as “on board of the Vessel for freight…”.

4.Page 6, paragraph 16 and line B, “…by issuing the JSL interfered with…” should read as “…by issuing the Lien Notice, JSL interfered with…”.
