Please note the following corrigenda in the Judgment of the above-mentioned case handed down on 24 March 2017:-

At page 19, between line F and G, paragraph 45(7)	“The plaintiff’s second witness of fact, Mr Wu Kun Wa” should be substituted by “The defendant’s second witness of fact, Mr Wu Kin Wa”
At page 30, line N, paragraph 78	“August 2011 the property was empty for 13 months” should be substituted by “June 2012 the property was empty for 22 months”
