1. In this appeal, the Plaintiff asks this Court to overturn the judgment of Deputy High Court Judge Kenneth Kwok SC on 30 September 2016. By that judgment, the learned judge dismissed the Plaintiff’s claim against the 2 nd Defendant and ordered the Plaintiff to pay costs to the 2 nd Defendant.
