be replaced by

“For Phase 1, it is common ground, and I accept, that the basis for taxation of the costs incurred from 15 April 2015 to 21 October 2015 (inclusive) should be on party and party basis.”

2.  In paragraph 14 at page 6, in around line P to Q, the sentence
