CORRIGENDUM

Notice is hereby given that the following amendment (as per the underlined) be made to paragraph 43 of the Decision on Costs and Interest dated the 29^th day of June 2017 pursuant to Order 20 rule 11 of the Rules of District Court (Cap 336H):-

“43. Due to the above reasons, I order that the costs order nisi be varied to the following terms:-

(a) the plaintiff do pay the defendant’s costs of this action incurred from 26 June 2015 onwards to be taxed if not agreed with certificate for counsel on an indemnity basis;

(aa) as to the defendant’s costs of this action incurred before 26 June 2015, the plaintiff do pay such costs to the defendant to be taxed if not agreed with certificate for counsel on party and party basis; and

(b) the plaintiff shall also pay the defendant enhanced interest accrued on the defendant’s costs as mentioned in sub-paragraph (a) above from 26 June 2015 onwards up to the date of judgment at half of 4% above the prevailing HSBC’s prime rate.”
