1.Page 2, paragraph 1 and line H, “Cheung San (張有)” should read as “Cheung San (張生)”.

2.Page 2, paragraph 2 and line S, “include” should read as “includes”.

3.Page 8, paragraph 22 and line E, “D’s late father” should read as “P’s late father,”.

4.Page 11, paragraph 39 and line F, “the properties” should read as “the Properties”.

5.Page 11, paragraph 40 and line K, “commencing January 2012” should read as “commencing from January 2012”.

6.Page 13, paragraph 48 and lines C to D, “no evidence any damage and loss suffered at this stage” should read as “no evidence of any damage and loss suffered by the estate of D’s late father at this stage”.
