CORRIGENDUM

Please note the following amendments be made to the Judgment dated 5 December 2016: -

1.The following be added as paragraph 58:

“The Notices of Contribution issued by the 1st defendant, the 2nd defendant and the 3rd defendant be dismissed.”

2.The original paragraph 58 be rearranged as paragraph 59 and be amended as follows:

59. I also grant order nisi on costs, including reserved costs, that the 3rd defendant do pay costs (including the plaintiff’s costs in pursuing against the 1st defendant and the 2nd defendant) to the plaintiff, the 1st defendant and the 2nd defendant, with certificate for counsel, to be taxed if not agreed. The costs of the contribution and indemnity proceedings be paid by the 3rd defendant to the 1st defendant and the 2nd defendant, with certificate of counsel, to be taxed if not agreed. The plaintiff’s own costs to be taxed in accordance with the Legal Aid Regulations. Unless application for variation of the order nisi is taken out within 14 days from the date hereof, the order shall become absolute 14 days thereafter.”

3.The original paragraph 59 be rearranged as paragraph 60.
