1.This is an application for an interim stay of execution.

2.We have decided that counsel for the 1st Defendant has sufficiently satisfied us that there may be some prospect of success on this appeal on his pleading point in relation to para. 12A of the Reply. This being the case we propose acceding to the application. We will hear the parties on the terms of the order.
