1.  Footnote 29, should read as “Secretary for Justice v Wan Kwok Keung [2012] 1 HKLRD 197”;

2.  Paragraph 42, line I-J “the issues by raised by” should read as “the issues raised by”; and

3.  Paragraph 44, line E-F “in possession of $750,000 million” should read as “in possession of $750,000”.
