1. On 30 September 2016, A Chan J [“the Judge”] struck out the claims brought by the Plaintiffs in HCA 2417 of 2014. The Plaintiffs claimed against the Defendant [“Wong”] in respect of $280 million given by the late Dr William Mong [“Mong”] to Wong. Wong was the second wife of Mong. Mong passed away in July 2010.
