Kindly note the following correction in the Judgment dated 29 August 2017 :-

1.Page 12, 4^th to 7^th line of paragraph 5.5 in Part IV:-

“5.5 … The fallacy of the argument advanced on behalf of YDL is that the non compliance in this case is so unique that it is not capable to be ratified …”

should read as

“5.5 … The fallacy of the argument advanced on behalf of Ricky Liu is that the non compliance in this case is so unique that it is not capable to be ratified ...”
