1. 申請人是以牌照已完結，而答辯人於牌照期過後仍拒絕遷出為理由申請收樓。答辯人沒有提交反對通知書，審裁處根據《土地審裁處規則》第15條於2017年8月4日頒令答辯人須把 Workshops 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 on 27 th Floor of Technology Plaza, No 651 King’s Road, Hong Kong (“涉案處所”) 的空置管有權交還申請人，答辯人亦須支付申請人由2017年6月8日起至交樓為止的中間收益 (每月以55,100元計算) 及訟費2,000元。
