1. D1 pleads guilty to dangerous driving (1 st Charge), driving whilst disqualified (2 nd Charge), using a motor vehicle without third party insurance (3 rd Charge), and trafficking in a dangerous drug (4 th Charge). D2 pleads guilty to trafficking in a dangerous drug (4 th Charge). The 4 th Charge is a joint charge against both D1 and D2.
