2. On page 2, the hearing before Her Honour should read as “in Court”.
3. On page 15, at §30 (5), the 3rd line, it should read as “…counsel. The plaintiff’s own costs should be taxed in accordance with the Legal Aid Regulations. This is a costs order nisi….”.
