CORRIGENDUM

Please note the following corrections to the judgment handed down by the Hon Mr Justice Yeung, V-P, Mr Justice Jeremy Poon, JA and Mr Justice Derek Pang, JA of the Court of Appeal in this case on 17 August 2017:

“At page 8, para 21, ‘the 1^st respondent, on the 26 day of September 2017 [sic], and the 3^rd respondent, between the 26 day and the 27 day of September 2017 [sic]’ should be corrected to ‘the 1^st respondent, on the 26th day of September 2014, and the 3^rd respondent, between the 26th day and the 27th day of September 2014’.”
