Haitong International Securities Co Ltd (“ Haitong ”) brought this action against ADS Securities LLC (“ ADS ”) to enforce a sale and purchase agreement (“ the Agreement ”) in respect of the sale of a convertible bond at its nominal value of €25million together with interest accrued.
