1. As I see it, this is, as the 2 nd , 3 rd , 4 th , 5 th , 6 th , 7 th , 8 th and 10 th respondents themselves admit, a wholly unsatisfactory situation. The respondents have been given ample opportunity to seek expert evidence directions and to adduce expert evidence if they so desire.
