These are the Tribunal’s reasons for the rulings at the hearing on 26 September 2018 originally fixed for the applicant’s application to strike out various parts of the report of the expert engaged by the 2 nd, 3 rd , 4 th , 5 th , 6 th , 7 th , 8 th , and 10 th respondents (“ Report ”). One of the grounds relied on by the applicant is that the Report contains factual materials not supported by evidence and in particular by the relevant respondents’ witness statements.
