By a judgment handed down on 7 August 2018 ( [2018] HKCA 477 ), this Court (Cheung CJHC as he then was, Lam VP and Chu JA) refused to grant leave under Section 14AA of the High Court Ordinance to the applicant to appeal against the decision of Deputy High Court Judge Woodcock dated 11 April 2018 refusing to extend time for her to bring an application for judicial review.
