CORRIGENDUM

Please note the following corrigendum in the Reasons for Verdict delivered on 28th November 2018:-

1.Line 3 of paragraph 153 should read “Photograph 50 shows only the overpass and the lights beyond the overpass and not the approach to the overpass”.

2.Paragraph 166 (d) should read “the approach to the overpass where HD4836 was stopped was a straight stretch of road of about 120 m”.
