2. The appellant is a national of Pakistan now aged 35. He had worked in Nishter Abad, Peshawar at a shop selling CDs and DVDs including some produced in America. He entered Hong Kong illegally from Mainland China on 24 November 2013 and was arrested on 26 November 2013. After his arrest, he lodged a claim on 1 December 2013 that he should not be refouled, his Non-Refoulement Claim Form being completed on 1 December 2015.
