Please note the following corrigendum in the Judgment dated 21 December 2018:

1.In line I on page 31,  “I make a costs order nisi that the plaintiff pays the defendant’s costs, to be taxed if not agreed.”  should read  “I make a costs order nisi that the plaintiff pays the defendant’s costs, to be taxed if not agreed. The Defendant’s own costs will be taxed in accordance with Legal Aid Regulation.”
