Page 7, paragraph 19: “the submission cannot get off the ground in view of the finding by the Judge that Mr Chan Junior occupied with the licence of the predecessor-in-title of the defendants and counsel’s own submission that Mr Chan Junior’s possession was adverse to that of the Plaintiff.” should read : “the submission cannot get off the ground in view of the finding by the Judge that Mr Chan Junior occupied without the licence of the predecessor-in-title of the defendants and counsel’s own submission that Mr Chan Junior’s possession was adverse to that of the Plaintiff.”
