1. 2014年6月13日下午5時11分，申請人（張麗霞）經落馬洲出入境管制站離開香港前往深圳，並在同日晚上7時32分經羅湖出入境管制站返回香港。約2小時後，即同日晚上9時29分，申請人再經羅湖出入境管制站離開香港前往深圳，並在同日晚上10時28分經羅湖出入境管制站返回香港。
