1.Paragraph 65 of the Judgment should read: “The defendant had asked for mesne profits since 13 August 2016 at a rate to be assessed. However, on the 1^st day of the trial, the claim for mesne profits was dropped.”

2.Paragraph 70(d) of the Judgment is deleted.

3.Paragraph 70(e) of the Judgment becomes Paragraph 70(d).
