Please note the following corrections to the Decision:

(i)  Paragraph 1, 3^rd line, add “Fund” before “Board”.

(ii)  Paragraph 3, 2^nd line “Employment” should read “Employees’  ”

(iii)  Paragraph 3, 3^rd line. “Employment” should read “Employees’  ”

(iv)  Paragraph 8, 3^rd line, the figure “$1,124,000” to be replaced by “$1,124,003”.

(v)  Paragraph 10, 1^st line, “9 July” should read “20 June”.

(vi)  Paragraph 30 (iv), 2^nd line, add before “only”, the word “was”.
