2. 2017年8月15日上午約9時15分，居住在將軍澳馬游塘村217號村屋的葉女士目睹兩名男子押解一名祼露上身的男子由一輛7人車下車後進入一巷相隔的馬游塘村216號村屋。該輛7人車隨即離開。當時被押解的男子被蒙頭、背部繫着鐵鏈。
