This is the substantive hearing of the summons (“the Discharge Summons”) taken out by the 2 nd Defendant (“Tang”) on 14 May 2019 for an order to discharge the injunction made by me on 3 May 2019 (“the Injunction”). This is also the substantive hearing of the summons taken out by the Plaintiff (“Kot”) on 29 April 2019 for a preservation order and ancillary disclosure (“the Injunction Summons”).
