2. 案發當日 ( 2018年6月5日 ) 凌晨一時左右，葉先生駕駛其的士以時速約50公里沿着汀角路 [1] 南行方向的左二線行駛，途經一處與安慈路十字路口，由於管制其方向的交通燈仍然亮着綠燈，他於是保持車速繼續向前行駛。
