2. The word “US” in line L of paragraph 51 on page 16 should read “UK”.

3. The word “centre” in line O of paragraph 57 on page 18 should read “centres”.

4. The sentence “… playmate but not sure who that girl was in Toronto or whether” between lines I and J of paragraph 67 on page 21 should read “… playmate but not sure whether that girl was in Toronto”.
