In the decision of the above case given by the Court of First Instance on 5 September 2019, the correction reads as follows: -

1.At Page 2, Paragraph 4, line N: “The plaintiff’s Re‑Amended Reply and Defence to Counterclaim,” should read “In the plaintiff’s Re‑Amended Reply and Defence to Counterclaim,”.

2.At Page 9, Paragraph 16, line E: the word “finish” should read “furnish”.
